If you are running low on merchandise, we will send additional gift items via Next Day Air with delivery by 1:00 PM at no cost to you.

Re-orders can be easily submitted through the online cash register system.

Natalie’s Elf Shelf® Holiday Store always covers 100% of shipping costs.

If you have hosted a holiday shop before, it is crucial that you include your previous year’s total sales on your 2026 sign-up form. This allows us to start you off with plenty of merchandise, so you won’t need to stress about re-ordering.

What is the purpose of Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store?

Since 1989, Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Shop program, with the help of educators and parents, provides elementary age school children with a real life learning opportunity. Your children will learn how to budget their money while they shop for gifts for family and friends!

Can we return leftover merchandise?

Yes, The Elf Shelf Holiday Store takes back all leftover merchandise! The PTA/PTO/school is never out any money with The Elf Shelf Holiday Shop.

Does our school pay anything up front?

No! You only pay for what you sale and payment is due at the very end of the store.

Do we pay for shipping cost?

No! The Elf Shelf Holiday Store pays for ALL shipping cost.

Do we need to take inventory?

No! The Elf Shelf Holiday Shop NEVER requires you to count inventory. That is why we provide our online cash register app. Login information will be emailed to the chairperson 30 days before the store starts.

What do your gift items range?

The gift items range from $0.50-$11.00 with 75% of the items being under $6.00. (Please see pricing section for more details)

If we get low on gift items. Can we place a order for re-stock?

Yes! We overnight all re-orders through Fed-Ex as long as you submit your re-order form by 12:00 CST! The re-order can be placed through our register app or on our website.

Do you charge for canceling?

If you cancel before October 5, 2025 there is NO cancellation fee. If you cancel after October 5,2024 there is a $500 cancellation fee. Please remember when your school signs up. We immediately reserve merchandise for your school.

Do you offer free supplies?

Yes! We have the BEST supplies in the holiday shop business. We offer 5 different gift bags, parent letters, gift envelopes, tablecloths, elf aprons/elf hats for the volunteers, posters, banners, social media images, online cash register etc.

Do you offer a online cash register?

Yes! The online register is so easy! Please visit our training video section to view how the online register works or read more details under the online cash register section on this website.

Do you offer Elf Wallet/Gift Cards?

Yes! The Elf Wallet program is perfect for parents/guardians that do not want to send their child to school with cash when they shop in Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store. It works just like a gift card. Parents/guardians will go online and upload funds to their child account. The chairperson will be able to track all sales through our online cash register. The reports will show the student name,amount,gift card code, amount redeemed and remaining balances. (See Elf Wallet section for more details)

Do you offer early sign up bonuses?

Yes! We offer multiple different bonus options. If your school signs up before September 1,2025. They will get to choose 2 bonuses for signing up early. (See the bonus section for more details)

Do you get NEW gift items every year?

Yes! We have new gift items every year!

Do you offer a financial assistance program?

Yes! We offer elf bucks for the kids that can't afford to shop in our Elf Shelf Holiday Shoppe! (Elf Bucks must be chosen as a bonus)

How many days do school run Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store?

We require the store to be ran 3-5 days during school hours. We also allow night events as long as you run the store 3-5 days during school hours. We do not allow 1 day events unless approved by Natalie's Elf Shelf.

Are your gift items CPSIA Compliant?

Yes, all of our gift items are CPSIA Compliant!
